Large Pet Door

I have a Section 8 person who did not pay all of her pet deposit, so I applied it to her rent which made her short on her part of the rent & therefore she owes late fees up until the 15 because of it. I was told you can not do that with deposits? She has also stated that she will not pay her part of the rent if repairs are not done because I wrote her a letter and said there will be no repairs at this time. I think the only thing in there that would be necessary is the back door needs to be replaced since the panels are loose & I think that was done by her dog but can’t prove that. The rest of the repairs are just new things she wants & is not a safety issue. Is it true she can with hold her part of the rent and is is true that you can’t apply deposit to the rent if she only paid part of the pet deposit?

ok i dont know what to get for my rabbits.. i have 2 rabbits (a male and a female) and their outside rabbits. Back when I was first learning about computers, I heard all this stuff about how you needed proper shielding on your PC case to prevent your computer from interfering w/ radio/tv signals, etc.
Since then, I’ve seen more and more PC cases w/ gaping openings on them to help w/ ventilation for increasingly hot components.
I’ve been running my computer w/ no side on it for as long as I can remember (dust/pet dander/etc. is not a worry in the environment in which I’m running the PC.) Even if I did put the side on, it’s one of those thin, clear plastic side panels, with venting openings in front of the cpu & elsewhere, & probably not all that great for blocking of waves. I get no TV interference, and I do seem to get headaches near the computer, but that could be eye strain from the screen, or purely psychosomatic. I haven’t had any computer problems not traceable to a preexisting faulty part or buggy software, to my knowledge.
I’m wondering, just how necessary is the shielding in a PC case, from a personal health and computer health perspective. TIA.

I have Sims 2, Bon Voyage, Seasons, University, Pets, and Nightlife, and just got the H&M Stuff Packs. I thought it was installed but whenever I went to play the Sims 2, the H&M stuff wouldn’t appear, the stores that were placed were empty and the collection wasn’t filled with anything. I can’t uninstall it using the Start: Control Panel: Add/ Remove Programs thing because it won’t show!!! What do I do? I really would like to play it!

OK well I have Sims2 Deluxe, Sims2 Pets, and Sims2 H&M Fashion. When I play the game when I go into a lot like to build a house or to play with a family or anything the screen keeps going like blue. And i can’t see what I am doing. This happens on all my lots I have on Sims2 except one! Help me please! And my display is hp f1503 Flat Panel Monitor on Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chip.
